Flyer for The Gallery at Truax- First-Gen Exhibit! Call for First-Gen Artists!
This is a call for first-generation college students, staff/faculty, and alumni artists whose parents/guardians did not attain a four-year college degree. In November, we will occupy The Gallery at Truax for the First-Gen Journey: An Art Showcase by Madison College’s First-Generation Community! We invite you to submit your art which will honor the triumphs, challenges, hopes, and histories that shape first-gen identities. We are looking for artists to submit 1-3 pieces of 2D or 3D art, whether that be: painting, photography, sculpture or more!
