Summer Undergraduate Research Project

Starting this summer, our PTK team will kick off our annual Honors in Action project. HIA is designed to engage students in informed, intentional actions for success and help the college fulfill its mission.

Engaging in the academic research process allows students gain valuable research and service-learning experience. Through the Honors in Action process, we apply lessons gleaned from analyzing our research to create an action-oriented project element, providing tangible support to our communities.

Through these experiences, you build practical and academic skills. By working closely with both peers and campus and community leaders, you will learn not only how to research an issue but also how to utilize resources and build professional relationships.

Join our undergraduate research project to discover What’s next?
Summer meetings will be scheduled at a time that works for all team members. You can participate on-campus or online. Open to ALL students. You need not be enrolled for summer classes at Madison College to participate.

Read the Honors Program Guide to explore the project theme.
