Our Mission

The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is a student-run organization at Madison College that works to build a strong club community. We promote, support, engage, & celebrate Madison College clubs by offering programs and resources focused on recruitment, leadership development, & fellowship. ELT also helps students interested in getting involved find their place.

Madison College's club system offers students fantastic opportunities to get involved, network, enhance leadership skills, & boost their resumes. These student-led groups are separated into three main categories: academic/professional, identity-based, & interest-based.
