About Us
Madison College Performing Arts program offers performance and production opportunities in theater, arts outreach and music. Theater opportunities include 2 - 3 full scale productions, workshops and field trips to regional professional companies. Students involved in the productions are also eligible to participate in the American College Theater Festival, a program of the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. Music ensembles include jazz, orchestra, show choir, world drumming ensemble and big band. During the summer of 2017, the music program has been invited to play at the Freiburger Partnerstadtmesse (Feiburg Partner Cities Fair). They perform on campus and plan to perform locally during the 16 - 17 school year. New comers are always welcome! Arts outreach includes Fusion Science Theater as well as developing programming using spoken word, music, dance/movement and story to reflect the experiences of Madison College students.
