Details

The Intercultural Exchange’s Catching Cultural Series is a monthly program designed to create opportunities for students to learn about cultures beyond their own, while also encouraging participants to share their own cultural identities and experiences.

In honor of Black History Month, we have invited local Chef Marissa of Marie’s Soul Food to share her connection to soul food, her journey into entrepreneurship, and ways we can continue to support Black-owned businesses. Afterwards, attendees will have the opportunity to taste a sample of a classic soul food dish.
