The day begins with the Juneteenth Parade at 10:45 a.m., with staging at 10 a.m. in the Madison Labor Temple Parking Lot, 1602 S. Park, Madison, WI 53715. This vibrant procession marches down Park Street to Penn Park, while lifting up stories of justice, unity, and pride.

The event organizers are also looking for volunteers to support by helping with tabling during the event. Volunteers will serve in two-hour shifts, welcoming attendees, sharing information, and helping to create a warm, engaging space that celebrates Black history, freedom, and culture.
