Flyer for CORAZÓN: PORTRAYING OUR IDENTITY ( Catching Culture - Hispanic Hertiage Month Program )
Madison Artist, Angelica Contreras, will be hosting a one-session workshop. Where we will explore mixed media techniques using collage and acrylic—both central to my artistic practice. To create our own artwork, we’ll reflect on the concept of identity and how it is made up of many layers.

Using the image of a heart as our starting point, we will combine paint, paper images, fragments, and a variety of materials to build a piece that expresses something personal and meaningful.
