Circuit training focuses on building muscle and endurance through resistance exercises. These classes include:
💪🏼Warm-up to prepare the body

🏋️‍♂️Workout to improve the main movement patterns (squat, hinge, pull, push, rotation) using different equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance bands

🧘🏽‍♀️Cool-down to promote recovery, mobility, and flexibility

All levels are welcome!!
