Club Meeting next Tuesday, April 2nd @2pm 

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024 @2pm in Room D3641.
We'll be discussing our upcoming trip to Chicago for the National Leadership Conference from May 10-14, 2024. Please think about any questions you may have about travel, and we'll do our best to answer them. Also, a reminder that any digital material presubmissions for competitions must be uploaded at https://upload.bpa.org/ by Monday, April 1, 2024, at 5 p.m. ET.

We'll be doing a recap of our first Annual Dodgeball Tournament, so please come with feedback on how we can improve for next year! 
I also would like to pitch an environmental volunteer service event to do a public clean-up for Earth Day in partnership with Sustain Dane! This would qualify us for the BPA Cares Award, so if you're interested, save the date for Saturday, April 13th from 9:30am-11:30am:

Student Senate Election - Vote by Tomorrow @ noon!

A friendly reminder that you can vote in the Student Senate Election 2024-2025 Madison College Student Senate.
The deadline to vote is by tomorrow Friday, March 29th, 2024, at 12:00pm Noon Central Time.
As your Vice President of BPA, and also the Vice President of Administration & Finance for Student Senate, I am requesting your vote for me, Kai Brito, as the next President of Student Senate! I can say that I have gained valuable skills and experience forecasting budget projects, crafting administrative policy, planning for events, working with faculty and staff, as well as managing the Student Activity Fee for clubs like ours.

Eight teams of five students each competed in a “March Madness” bracket style tournament in an effort to be crowned champion. In the end, the student team “Bill’s Ballerz” from the Madison College Fitness Center were the undisputed victors of the day.

After a hard fought battle for the first place trophy, “Bill’s Ballerz” came out on top against “Hit Me If You Can” who took second place. In the alternative bracket, “RISE: Really Into Smashing Enemies” secured a third place win over “Native American Student Association” (NASA).
